Notes

Add 1.5 Tbsp of Penzeys pumpkin pie spice and add to canned pumpkin. Sprinkle with brown sugar and roast pumpkin on baking sheet in oven. Use in mash

Take gallon of runoff and add brown sugar and marshmallows, and boil down into caramel. Add to final volume.

Use double the yeast nutrient and build a starter.

Taste before and after fermentation. Use judgement to see if it needs to be put on bourbon spirals.

Add 1 oz of pecan extract, 1.5 oz Mexican vanilla extract, and 2 oz of pumpkin spice tincture at kegging.
