Ended up with about a half gallon of extra wort and under shot gravity (1.043 instead of target 1.051). Next time cut back on the mash water (Use 6.3 gals) and up grain bill (4 lbs pale and pilsen; 2 lbs flaked corn; 8oz flaked rice).
