Start fermentation at 65F, and increase +2F per day for 3 days (finish at 71F). Primary will likely be done in 3 days. (Maybe K-97 Fermentis is good alternative?) Limit carbonation to 1.5volCO2. Protein haze from flaked barley leaves this beer a good candidate for gelatin fining.
