I've loved beer an breweries since I was 21 (not a day younger ;P) and received a home brew kit for Christmas in 2015. My first brew was January 1st 2017, an extract Caribou Slobber kit, and haven't stopped. I caught the brewing bug and transitioned to all grain after 7 batches or so. Still trying to learn and build my brewery one piece at a time.
I'll try any beer. I've had beers with ingredients from Rocky Mountain Oysters to anise. Doesn't mean I'll like though. Most beers I like are to style and lower ABV. I like to drink beer so I don't want to have 3 10% beers and be done, 5% or lower is my sweet spot so I can drink all day and sleep sweetly at night. I brew a lot of Cream Ale, Hefeweizen and Ciders.
