All grain brewing since 1996. Current system is from Spike Brewing, 15 gallon kettles, Electric elements, HLT/HERMS mash system. Counterflow chiller. 50 amp control panel. 8 tap keggerator. Multiple PID controlled fermentation freezers.
Pretty much everything including wild/open fermented sours, barrel aged, ales, lagers, etc. My house "style" is generally well attenuated, crisp drinking, hop forward beers.
