I hardly know what I'm doing. I know I love brewing. Got myself a Randy little Brew Magic V350MS with 2 15.5G fermenters and 2 bright tanks of the same size. I've only brewed 5 times in my life but I live by go big or go home. I have a stock of over 30 malts at any given time so I can throw stuff together like it's breakfast on Sunday morning. My method is purely trial by error! Hahaha
If I could replicate Phillips Brewer's "Electric Unicorn" I'd probably die from Alcahol poisoning overnight. Lol
