I'm very new to brewing. I was intrigued by a co-worker who told me he brewed is own beer. I came over on Brew Night to see what it was all about. He actually let me assist and I was hooked after that.
I'm about 4 batches in now and constantly looking forward to my next batch. My first batch was horrible. I was a little too ambitious coming out of the gate and my process was not very good. I went back to the drawing board and my last two batches have been excellent (Powell Vegas Porter and a Honey Weizen). I have a Strawberry Cream Ale in Primary at the moment and I'm really excited to see how it turns out.
