    My Brewing:

    Taking a course at the University of Arkansas called "Lab in Microbial Fermentation." My first brew is based on a yeast sample taken in nature and isolating it to get S. cerevisiae. We have tested different genes in our yeast to see how to brew a beer. Info from this class will hopefully fuel a few more recipes!
