I've been brewing extract kits purchased at my LHBS, Stein Fillers in Long Beach, Ca. they are great guys and have fantastic prices, since 2011. I've done a few additives, mostly honey, and a little bit of fruit, but I am ready, finally, to take the next step to get more control over my beers. So I bought a larger kettle (15gal) and am making a hoist this weekend.
My biggest crowd please is my Honey Blonde Bombshell. it's a pretty simpe blonde ale with honey that get's pretty big, usually between 8.75-9.5%
