I've been brewing about 7 or 8 years now. Like all home-brewers my deepest personal wish is to one day open my own brew-pub. I personally prefer IPAs and English Bitters, however many of my friends like the various fruit beers that tend to make up the base of my brewing since that's what I'm most often asked to make.
