I started my career in the craft beverage industry with an eight year adventure with SweetWater Brewing Company. I worked on the packaging line, in the cellar, the brew house and eventually helped to create and open The Woodlands Project, which is an event space dedicated to showcasing wild beers from barrels, puncheons and foeders. Now I am the Head Brewer at Elkmont Exchange Craft Brewery & Eating House, located in Knoxville TN.
