Okay,
So, I hope to make a Bock beer soon. I had purchased some Bock beer back in June and knew I had to use it soon so I recently brewed my blonde ale and split the batch so that I could ramp up the liquid Bock yeast for an actual 5 gallon bock. The Manufacturer's date on the yeast was April 30th (Damn the liquid yeast!)
So my question is: Based on this brew session and the split (1.5 gallons with 2 packs of WLP0833 - april 30th) WILL I HAVE ENOUGH YEAST FOR THE BOCK?

Here's the brew session I split:

Here's the water additions I made to move the beer into the malty range.:

Here's the bock recipe I hope to make:

Thanks everyone!

If I understand what you are telling me, you have in essence a 1.5 gallon starter made with 2 packs of WLP 833? The split-batch recipe isn't shared so I can't tell what your OG was. But you can use the yeast pitch calculator, it will tell you what you need based on standard pitch rates. Sounds like it should be enough to me, though, just spitballing.

According to the yeast calculator you won't have enough for a big lager due to the age of the liquid yeast. Make yourself a nice 5 gallon batch of Octoberfest with the first starter and use that yeast for the Bock. That'll be plenty.
Familiarize yourself with the yeast calculator. The link is highlighted in green in the yeast section of the recipe builder.
