My line up.

1. Rice lager (nearly kicked).
2. Ginger beer.
3. Hybrid beer ale fermented with Nova lager at ale temps.

Cider
And "sort of De Koninck"
On picnic taps. So no nice tap-picture

Milk Stout - soon to kick I'm sure
Brown Ale - going to the old man next week.
Hefeweizen - Nailed it (finally!) Excellent summer crusher
Heidelberg Lager - an experiment that reminds me of Sam Boston Lager.

Hopefully brewing another batch of Hefeweizen this weekend!

How'd you like the Nova Lager yeast?
Versatile

I did one beer at lager temps one at ale temp and another.

Lovely clean fermentation that expressed the cryo hops and NZ waimea hops.

The lager was with sazz using my gf rice
Nice and clean fermentation profile no sulphur production is another great thing about this yeast.

Can't really speak much for attenuation on it as my GF beers arnt fermenting down as much across all the yeast I've used.

I'd say you'll be happy with it for sure!

I hear it also has some biotransformation qualities to it as well.

Oatmeal Stout (Luke….come to the dark side)
Bonnie & Clyde mango milkshake NEIPA
English Bitter (My dog is at the brewery, lived there all the time.
Killer Kolsch
Butch Cassidy Pale ale (Serria Clone)
It was a Stratocaster with a whammy bar Pale Ale (kegged tomorrow)

Just Helles. 3 batches in a row were Helles each tweaked slightly. Keg/batch 1 kicked yesterday. In 4-6 weeks my dunkel will be ready to drink as it’s still fermenting
That is dedication. I couldn't brew the same thing 3 times in a row
