Lol...yeah...tough call here living on the Mason-Dixon but then I've only done the chicken and waffle thing with gravy but I can see how the crispy-fattie and sweet combo works.

Corned beef (cooked in pressure cooker with a pint of Fullers London pride), cabbage roasted in garlic olive oil and mashed potato.
