I just threw away that packaging this past weekend when I made my hoses.
I did do hot transfer and didn't notice any issues.
I think the issue with pvc is that when it is cold it's hard to bend without kinking. Hot transfers can kinda melt in it. Not like a gooey melted mess, but still you can get plastic chemicals in your food. I wouldn't use it.Oof,

Good thick wall silicon is usually rated for 500°.
