Hi dear brewers.. i´m looking to do 30 liters of beer but i got a recipe by 20 liters.
what is the difference if i only put more water or i need to add more malt?

If you just use more water the beer will only have 2/3 of the alcohol and much less flavor and body. If you want the beer to have any chance of tasting like the original, you need to scale it properly.
