I'm going to beat Don to the obvious bad dad joke here...Bought a counter pressure bottle filler from MoreBeer for when I want to bottle share or brew a heavy that I want to keep around for a few years.
The whisk for the mash. It was basically free because it got me over the free-shipping threshold and it cost about the same as shipping. So, I spent the same but have something tangible for spending a little extra.

Notty turns out a bit dryer than us05 in my experienceAmazon yeast is always a gamble. All have 2027 best by dates except the Mangrove Lager.
Now to decide which ale yeast to pitch into the golden ale currently mashing on the stove...

I put all the parts in starsan and ran starsan through it to make sure it worked. Didn’t use a cleaner though.IIRC It said something about not using "cleaners", not sure what that means exactly.
