What are you drinking right now?

Following two glasses of my 6 month old Grenache Rose which is better than last year's batch and went down great with a tuna pasta and is gonna be superb with the Turkey; I just finished off a 1 litre bottle of my Tinsel Toes Ruby Ale. No head only slight lacing without any noticeable nose but fab carbonation just 7 days in the fridge after conditioning. It is a pleasantly weird one. Nothing like what I was expecting. Did not go with the grenache at all but the more it came up towards room temperature the more the character came out. Incredible after taste. Got the cascade hops bang on for my tastes at least. One happy and somewhat on his way little monkey. :cool:
 
Not the color contrast I love so bad but darn tasty!

Really cool book. I didn’t follow the “old school” brewing techniques though since I’m lazy lol. His Vienna lager book is good too
