What are you doing with homebrew today?

Kegged the Sweet Stout, put some of it in a 2L Pepsi bottle to take with to Christmas dinner at my Ex's tomorrow.
Cleaned the fermenter, everything is either clean or filled now except one beer line I need to clean.

I had the Josh Syndrome today in that my keg kicked. So, I guess I am going to be cleaning a keg tomorrow, and I ordered grain.
By all accounts, a few days next week are going to be cold, and it might get down into the mid 30s at night on at least two of those days. If I wait until next weekend, I can mash with a reasonable ambient temperature.

Fermenting a kveik stout; keeping it hot:

Brown Beaver in the fermenter, running the last back flush on the plate chiller, going to apply labels to the some Shady Bohemian(ran out of labels last time). I should probably empty one of those bottles and save a label. Then it’s off to dump the spent grain and hops.

There was a pretty decent amount of liquid, look like enough, or should there have been more.

Like Don, I thought the decoction looked a little dry, but the video shows more liquid than it originally appeared.

That looks like what my mine looks like.
And this confirms it.
