What are you doing with homebrew today?

Just ordered a "Free Pinter" it only cost me 2 beer kits from their stock, but I'll use it for all grain BIAB small batch ferment and serve after those are done.

Well I need to clean up the brewery and setup to brew in the morning. Going to rain. I have a few beers measured out but I'm going to change direction and bang out my Stone Man IPA. In a couple weeks I have some people working on my house so need to brew a crowd pleaser. I've been away and don't want to fall behind.

Kegged and bottled the competition Cream Ale. Judging is Thursday night.

It took a bit to figure out. The gauge is useless IMO. If anyone is thinking about buying one, save a few bucks and skip the gauge. You get a feel for the pressure.

I’m confident in the reduced oxygen.
Yeah what I made is a piece of tubing slid through a rubber stopper. The tube fits in the picnic tap and reaches just to the bottom. I just burp the stopper as the beer comes up. I've thought about the beer filler thing. Does it also purge the bottles? I have to purge with a separate picnic top pushing CO2.

Yes it purges the bottles while the stopper is engaged.
