Hi guys. I was about to bottle this and have only just noticed it's quite different from other beers I've brewed... Loads of weird floaty things. Are the small balls mould? And the flakes? I dry hopped it twice but this stuff doesn't look like hop particles to me.

One thing is that I didn't run the wort through a strainer/sieve going into the demijon (yes I later found out this was a very bad idea). Do you think it's all gone mouldy?

There is also about twice as much sediment at the bottom as I usually get.

Any advice appreciated! I will either bottle it tomorrow or chuck it.

Edit - Forgot to say it was brewed three weeks ago on May 30th.

Recipe was

820g Maris Otter

200g Pale Wheat

200g Naked Malted Oats

50g Melanoidin

---

3g Citra@ 10mins

3g Mosaic @10 mins

5g Citra @0 mins

5g Mosaic @0 mins

10g Citra dry hop after 7 days

10g Mosaic dry hop after 7 days

10g Citra dry hop 5 days remaining
10g Mosaic dry hop 5 days remaining

Just take a small sample and taste. If it tastes like beer, bottle it. If it has a mold/infection, you will be able to tell.

Looks normal to me. If you're a cold crasher, I'd crash and bottle.

Nothing to see here, folks. Go about your business. :D :D :D

Move along, move along. Yeah that just looks like leftover grain bits and hops.

I've had that several times. I also worried about it the first time I saw it but it never seemed to effect the beer. I've never tested it but I think it is just globs of yeast circulating.

It has never happened to me (cross my fingers!!) but if I see the dreaded fuzzy blue/white fans floating on the top of the beer I would get worried. Google moldy beer and you will see a ton of disturbing examples.
