2- dolcita single hop kolsch(last keg) ->Maibock will go here i crashed it today. hit terminal at 6.7% and 77% atten
3- apricot strawberry sour
4- WC IPA ->this batch will follow on this line
5- golden lager ->another batch in fermentation, just hit D-rest and pressure increase.
6- Black Lager(schwarzbier)
7- Imperial Lager
8- Session IPA ->carbing/packing a new batch today
the corn sugar gives me flexibility and it helps to dry out the beer. It also guaranties a good yeast startup. if i overshoot my grav i just leave it out, if i undershoot i can add another lb or 2 and not hurt the overall recipe.
