Not sure if i can add them to this, but I would happily share them if anyone wants them. They are PDFs, I can share the google sheet that has them as well if someone wanted to customize them.

I am printing a bunch of them on write in the rain paper for my notes!

Sweet! Brewfather tracks most of that. Always good to have records of what you did

Im sure, but i keep paper notes. as well as basic stuff on here. In previous lives we used paper and specific software. I have notes from the first brew at my current spot. Good for reference.

I also dont wanna keep a laptop or tablet in the brewing area its too cramped and wet.

Paper notepad works for me, too. OG, temperatures, pitch time, and a lot of other small stuff I keep for no particular reason. Its my hobby and I can geek as much as I like, thank you.

repeatability is very important for the commercial side. i try to take as many notes as i can so that the next time i can do the same thing or avoid a mistake. I also reference back to previous batches while i am brewing so keeping things organized and neat is important.

I mean there is also the taxation thing which is a unfortunate reality...but i cant control that....or can i??????
