But one day, I will have chickens

Yeah I used to have chickens and hogs back homestead days.So do I...

Well that's fine but its still to course so you need to dry it and crush it in a flour mill. Its best to sprinkle a little on the crust but as flour it doesn't develop the gluten like bread flour. Maybe use 10%.I've tried it. You get a dense wet dough that doesn't rise well. If it made awesome bread it would be a thing already That's why the article is so intriguing doing something commercially feasible.I haven't used it in bread (yet).
I suppose as a biabber, the crush should be OK.
I suppose I could just weigh the spend grain to calculate hydration and use by just adjusting the water amount in the bread recipe (without drying the spend grain)
I bet you would have to be really, really efficient with space in the city. It would be fun to do some Toho names for beer: Mothra Pale Ale?Hack on Japan’s biggest brewer renews concerns over cyberattack readiness

I see a homebrewing opportunity...are you allowed to brew at home in Japan?
Lol...yeah...I got the label for that one...Spaceman's Double IPA...I bet you would have to be really, really efficient with space in the city. It would be fun to do some Toho names for beer: Mothra Pale Ale?

So the SOP is to walk away from an unlocked computer terminal with elevated credentials while the unmonitored customer is 2 feet away from that terminal?"None of us are as dumb as all of us"...
Remember, Target got hit via an innocuous wifi enabled device:

I like tech and all, especially when I can leverage it to make life easier. I have a friend who is retired and works for an auto parts store. He was detailing how he has to get certain high cost parts
look it up
it's a high cost part, requires a manager sign off.
have manager sign into terminal
complete order process while manager goes and does high muckety-muck stuff.
find location of part
go retrieve part, leaving session active so as to speed the transaction time.
return, hopefully with part, complete transaction.
if he remembers, sign out of manager's credentials.
resume normal activity.
I explained this was full of security violations and he rationalized every one of them. I do get the transaction time issue, customers WILL walk out if you run into unreasonable delays.
New Glarus Brewery is always doing weird one-offs that are usually in the sour direction. They have a lot of fantastic beers but, I tend to avoid the special brews. I'm sure their made very well, just not myNever heard of Nilrezzz and at 14%, it probably wouldn't find its way into my fridg..
Never heard of the Wisconsin one either. Their goto is Spotted Cow
Yes. I challenged him on it twice. But, think about it; you're standing in line at the auto store to get a part. The part is right there, you know the price, they know the price but can't complete the sale because they can't get back into the computer. How long do you wait.So the SOP is to walk away from an unlocked computer terminal with elevated credentials while the unmonitored customer is 2 feet away from that terminal?![]()

I have a customer, who is part of a very large US based manufacturing company. A few years ago they were hacked, and locked out of critical parts of their system. They had no choice but eventually pay the ransom. I have no idea how much it cost them, but I do recall that they were worried that there would be lingering "issues" that they would have to pay further ransom fees to get free from it.
I didn't ask many questions at the time (sensitive subject obviously), but I do recall that there was no way that they could find to track the perps.
Scary stuff for big business!
I used to laugh my ass off at some of the dubbing when I was much younger and working second shift. Channel 35 in Orlando used to play Godzilla movies at 1am when I worked in the hotels. I had a six pack and a joint on the table back in the day while watching a Godzilla movie just so I could sleep. My soon to be wife back in those days got up at 4am to go to work, so we were passing strangers in the same same apartment at times.Lol...yeah...I got the label for that one...Spaceman's Double IPA...

I had another good story in the feed today...I never heard of this brew...how about your state? Any of our friends to the north ever try these from neighboring states?

I had a customer years ago who could do that, he could talk, but have his mouth movements appear out of sync. We were at lunch one day and he did it when placing his order, I was laughing hysterically, I was in tears. As I got older, I realized the first two movies, when they actually had a budget, were cool as hell. The first was in Japanese with subtitles. The second was in English with Raymond Burr actually playing a good guy in movie. Before all the Ironside and Perry Mason TV shows, he probably had some of the best psychotic bad guy roles ever.
Now that is a skill I’d love to have.I had a customer years ago who could do that, he could talk, but have his mouth movements appear out of sync. We were at lunch one day and he did it when placing his order, I was laughing hysterically, I was in tears. That poor waitress...
I can't even remember the guys name, it was like 20+ years ago. The company folded up and I have no idea where he may have gone from there. No Linkedin or social media back then. He cracked me up!Now that is a skill I’d love to have.
