Strata hops! New to me!

Hey yall,

Just got a box of Strata Cryo! Has anyone used it? Cryo or t90? These are 2025 cryo and came in at 23.9AA which is awesome! I am brewing an IPA tomorrow but i need to use up the last of my azacca so that is the main focus for that. BUT the next IPA will get Strata!

I am pretty excited to try them!

More boring but i got Sabro(23.5aa)cryo and chinook(18.8)cryo as well both are nice and potent. I have a shipment from yakima valley hops coming on monday as well and a full pallet of grain on wednesday of next week...busy week!

Not enough to provide good, usable feedback. I still have some T90 strata left but haven't used it in many a brew session.

just pitched the last of my azacca. 10 mins from knocking out a west coast ipa.

from the description it think it will be very nice. also the cryo is very strong which is nice as well.

It definitely has a little cannabis funk to it. Not a ton, but some. I like it.

Got some a few years ago when I was subscribed to YakimaValley''s HopBox. Used at 2oz. in a 5gal Blonde it threw Dank & Strawberry as I recall. I didn't care for the Dank and the Strawberry was rather weak, at least at that dosage. I'm pretty sure I've had a SMaSH IPA that used it, from Lone Pint in Texas I believe. I don't recall liking it.
