Carafa special III is already in the ingredient database. Is there something else you're looking for that I'm missing?

 

Nevermind, you said special ii. I'll submit it to the public catalog shortly.

 

I've submitted it to the public catalog, but there will be a delay as ingredients need to be approved manually before they're available to the public.

Hi @Kosh, @Yooper has helped out with this and it does look like carafa special ii is included in the ingredient database under the weyermann catalog. You'll need to enable weyermann in the brands section in order for it to show in the recipe editor. Link below.
