    I ended up using about 5 ml per gallon of lactic acid to sour this. The vanilla is a little bit subdued now, but this is definitely a glass of OJ. No overt bitterness tons of citrus odor and taste. I carbonated it a little higher too to give it a mimosa like quality.
    Overall, I'd recommend others to give the recipe a go
