Had the same thing happen to me. Brewed yesterday. Woke up today to find no "apparent" activity. I am using a blow off tub, as I usually need one. I repositioned the tub to ensure I wasn't loosing CO2 and gave the carboy a few good shakes. Activity started almost immediately.
