I was as surprised as you are!Beat me to it
I need a few more beers before I tackle that one ! What if the cooler was in a box?
I was thinking along the wheeled option too. I mash in the kitchen and have to haul the spent grain to the back yard. Having a mash tun with wheels would make that step a little easier. We have one of these, have probably only ever used it twice, will look at it when I get back from the West and see if my drain fittings can be adapted to it.

I can go one worse and it happened recently....When I used to use mash tuns I wouldn't have worried about it at all. Just dump what's in it, rinse it real good and leave it sit with the lid off for a week or two. I brewed kettle sours in the same mash tun I made everything else in and nothing ever game me any trouble.
Beyond you, know gagging when I took the lid off.
yeah that's a throw awayI can go one worse and it happened recently....
I defrosted a chicken in an electric cooler (turned off). Then forgot about it.
Definitely a close to gagging experience to clean, removing maggots and the lot.
Lots of vinegar/water sprays and left it open for a week. It's all fine now.
(I don't use it for mashing, just for cooling/freezing).
It was not funny!
