I made a trip to the local home brew supply shop on Sunday and as is normal they milled my grains. I keep them in a sealed fermentation bucket until I can brew, usually within a couple of days. The best laid plans can run awry and I won't be able to brew until tomorrow. I know fresh would be best, but is there a time limit to use of milled grain?

Thanks.

Several weeks if you kept sealed. Ideally, vacuum packed and in a freezer but carefully sealed in a plastic bag will do. A few days definitely won't hurt anything as long as it's dry.

Thanks for the responses. I can get the race car ready today and tomorrow and brew Sunday evening.

Cheers!

No problem. I wouldn't leave it that long personally, but a week or two isn't likely to be an issue.
