Total noob here Just fermenting my first batch now, and I’d like to start another, but the more I learn, the more questions I have . I have a standard brew kit, designed for the ol 5 gallon batch, but what if I wanted to make a smaller batch? Do beer recipes scale perfectly? If I wanted to reduce a 5 gallon recipe to, let’s say 2.5 gallons, would I just reduced all ingredients by half? Is it not as simple as that? Thanks!
