Hi guys,
One of my favorite beers ever is O'Dell Brewing's "Mountain Standard." It's a fresh hop double black IPA that uses Chinook and Cascade hops. This beer is heavy, sweet, dark, and hoppy. It is 9.5% ABV, and about 60 IBUs. I'd like to brew a clone of it (of course, I don't have fresh hops, so pellets will have to suffice). I don't know much about creating recipes, so I'd like to get a sanity check of sorts and see if this recipe makes sense for the goals I've outlined:

Much obliged! Happy brewing.
