reusing 5litre steel barrel from commercial brewery?

Hi, yeasterday i got an empty 5litre steel barrel from pislner urquell and i was wondering if there is a posibility to reuse it. To fill it with my own beer, if it is worth it. Does anyone have some experience with reusing this type of barrel? Thanks in advance

You can get the stuff you need to fill/refill and dispense from these mini kegs. You have to buy the special bungs to keg-prime and carbonate and then dispense with the CO2 cartridges.
