Hello guys just a quick post to say hi, after brewing for roughly 10 years with a constant keg or two on tap I then stopped due to other commitments.......but now 8 years on I'm back on it again and loving it......not really sure why I stopped. Hoping to get involved on the forum and share my brew days etc.
Cheers woody

Welcome back! I did the same thing though 10 years ago i was making some ok beer then. Now i am making some great beer using my all in one brewzilla.

Welcome back, lots of fun to be had brewing beer.

I've got a recipe ready to go, so will post up a brewday with a few pics etc hopefully in the next few days if I get time. Previously doing all grain with a all in one system but got so deep into brewing I then didn't have time for long brewdays and all the other stuff that goes with it and it sadly became a chore, so I'm keeping it simple for now and am slightly more flexible for time now than I was back then.......all good stuff

Awesome. It is an all morning thing for me when I do it. I like to get up before the sun and get everything put away before noon so I can go out and enjoy one of the local breweries afterwards.
Plus, it gets damn hot down here in the summer, so starting early is the way to go.

Welcome back to the hobby!

We did a survey here a couple years ago, average all-grain brewday was 5 hours start to finish.
