either way it will taste the same, I subbed a couple of things just because I have those grains normally but hops will over power most all of the malts, the only thing that matters is the ending gravity and mouth feel with these really hoppy beers.
an issue might be the whirlpool, I have one you may not so just call that 1 ounce at 1 minute and I suggest dry hopping only for 3 to 4 days max unless you take it out and replace with new otherwise it starts to taste grassy
