Has anyone created a good Peroni Red Label clone. I am now doing all grain and while in Europe my non beer drinking wife really like this. It is definitely not a Hop Head beer. Mainly I want to know the type of Hops used and if mostly used in flavor addition because the beer is amber, sweet, not bitter but does have a hop note... (I have a bad nose so my ability to clone a hop is limited) Also the beer is said to have bread notes.. This is a totally different beer then the Peroni Green label we get in the USA which I don't like.

thanks for any help.

Looks like a basic Vienna Lager. There are hundreds of Vienna Lager recipes in the data base. You can filter for style, brewing method, ABV, etc. Look though and find one that suits your system and process.
Recipe will be extremely simple but process and fermentation will be key. Here's one that's pretty basic and should have all the elements you're looking for...https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/352176/-2016-05-02-vienna-lager
