Has anyone created a good Peroni Red Label clone. I am now doing all grain and while in Europe my non beer drinking wife really like this. It is definitely not a Hop Head beer. Mainly I want to know the type of Hops used and if mostly used in flavor addition because the beer is amber, sweet, not bitter but does have a hop note... (I have a bad nose so my ability to clone a hop is limited) Also the beer is said to have bread notes.. This is a totally different beer then the Peroni Green label we get in the USA which I don't like. thanks for any help.
