In any case, I don't think any one is arguing here that what Omega is doing, with their GMO yeasts, is dangerous or ethically wrong. I think everyone is agreeing on that (at least who have posted).

Maybe, but more like man-assisted. You are selecting naturally, in that this could (in theory) have occurred in nature.
