Have fun!
I'm on a short break because it's too windy and hot. With the wind being the biggest issue
 
If somebody at a brewery has a tasty and somewhat moderate alcohol version of any of those styles, I would not bitch too much.
 
I am not as familiar with the Nottingham yeasts. Is the one you are using for the amber close to WLP004? I bet some flaked oates in that recipe would be tasty too.
