Need SRM Back....

My new recipe are showing in EBC. While this is handy for our European users, we Yanks think in SRM. Is this switchable and if so, how do I switch back to SRM?

p.s. I found the switch in the recipe editor. Need a way to select the default scale in the Profile so we don't have to do that for each recipe.
 
I couldn't find it. I'll try again.
 
See, that's the thing. When I checked the profile, I could see the Morey equation (not the Morey EBC equation) was checked. So I just started a new recipe and the color was showing SRM. Odd things are happening in the recipe builder....
