I am glad to have a long established (since 1979) lhbs at my disposal. The shop is well stocked, especially in the grains department. On each tub, a tag identifies the maltster, the variety, it’s characteristics and attributes. There is an abundance of equipment available, some of it for rent. Their yeast selection is lacking in comparison to my previous shop, but adequate. Too bad they don’t have 16 taps of rotating craft beer like Windsor does.
