We started with some food trucks and they have been problematic.Brian, have you ever considered food trucks? They're very popular with breweries here these days....
Some of them have been crappy to my staff, they leave all their garbage, they affect traffic flow and patterns and are a little reckless.
Plus they have a minimum on food sales and want us to make up the difference if they don't sell $1500 while they're there.
It's hard to predict how many people will show up on a certain day unless it's promoted as an event.
