Make the Web Application Dashboard look like the new Android App

Well it says it all in the title.
The Icon set against the recipe in the Android App layout picks up any Picture attached - if one exists - and uses that otherwise the Users icon is used.
The web application just uses the user Icon - a wasted opportunity?
