I've not yet cold crashed any beer before bottling
I got quite a long way without temp control by choosing the right yeast for the time of year (luckily I like Belgian beers)
I went wrong recently with a re-pitch on M47 and we got a heat wave. The cider (also a re-pitch) is terrible. I hope the beer is drinkable. The batch before was real nice.
But now I can do anything
I got a little heat mat as well, if ever necessary
