I've made stouts/porters (all grain) for years but would like to reduce the alcohol content without affecting the taste too much. I'd like to end with say 3.5%-4%. Do I reduce the 2 row but keep the flavored malts etc. use the Brewer's Friend recipe calculator so my OG is much lower? What do I watch out for?
