Range of motion isn't an issue, I exercycle several times a week and do squats.. A pinched nerve in my back is causing my leg pain.Didn't your doc recommend any range of motion PT to strengthen or just to keep things loose?

I'm a big fan of the " lie on your back and pull your knee to your chest " stretch...it gets your back and the legs at the same time...Dr. Ward sez for when you get better!
