its a pretty generic recipe meaning mash anywhere in that area as you see fit, sparging is up to your set up
 
Most beer "recipes" don't include specific instructions because systems vary and you have to figure out volumes and amounts based on the specifics of your system.
Usually you'll get grain bill, mash temps and times and hop schedule for boil but everything is variable based on your mash efficiency and the AA values of the specific hops you're using.
