Issues with datepicker in inventory section

Hey!

I just wanted to report this issue: the datepicker doesn't work if you don't use the default date format. If you select a date in there, it will attempt to convert it to your date format. So for instance if I choose the 10 march (10/03 for me), it will input the 3 october (still 10/03...).

Steps to reproduce:
- set your date format as dd/mm/yyyy
- set your timezone as Europe/Paris (bonus)
- select a date for an inventory item (typically yeast)
- struggle with mm/dd/yyyy auto conversion

Workaround:
- have an homebrew
- pretend you live in the US

I"m not sure what you are saying. Your default date format is DDMMYY, but you can't hold that in your inventory as it changes to MMDDYY? Or you're not using your default from your settings?

Ha I didn't had the opportunity to see a date picker anywhere else.
