I did one recently with a little Biscuit and light Aromatic and ended up with a really nice toffee, toasty flavor. At first the fruitiness from the S-04 made it too sweet, but after it settled down and the flavor cleared it's really nice.

I made one similar to yours but without the Munich, I added 200g of flaked barley and used 110g of 1300L roasted barley, it turned out a really nice beer. It was a 23 litre batch.
