Interesting blog re crunk he hasn't really posted much on his LODO or the IT experiments
I am going to test the malt blending, it sounds interesting to me, sorta like cross breeding dogs to get the best of both breeds
Or the worst of both breeds, it's worth the time and effort to try it out in my opinion.

Another thought, if malt can be blended and has pleasant results, maybe hops also, looks like I'll be doing some mini mash tests when I return.

They do have hop blends. CTZ and flaconer's flight at least, maybe other.
And I think I've heard of yeast blends, or at least wild yeast blends. Idk if I'd try that though, seems like too much variability with different batches.

Big breweries use malt blending all the time not for any other reason but large quantities of grain and supply and demand, I listened to a head brewer once saying they use a mix of 3 grains depending on the batch
