Huge problem with TIC17RGTI

Hi everyone. My english is rusty so don´t pay much attention to it.
So, my full gauge TIC17 arrived just yesterday at my home and I went to install it, but I made a mistake and the wires touched each other and that damaged two resistors (R1 and R2), Full Gauge simply didn´t want to tell me the specifications on the resistors so I could buy new ones and repair it. So please, I´m desperate, my beer is already fermenting and I´m not controlling it´s temperature. If someone who owns a TIC17RGTI could check out what type of resistors are R1 and R2 it would help a lot. The rest of the board wasn´t damaged.

They're color coded. If they're not fried beyond recognition, you can figure out the replacement values:

2nd this plus there are different whattage resistors depends on their size.
